This Square D Model 4 15A motor circuit protector MCC bucket provides magnetic-only instantaneous trip protection, constructed for long-service-life operation. Rated at 600V and 15A, it is specifically designed for motor branch circuit protection per NEC Article 430. Unlike thermal-magnetic breakers, this MCP offers precise magnetic trip settings that coordinate with downstream overload relays, allowing hot-swappable serviceability without de-energizing the MCC lineup.
